Refund Policy at Elou-Belle Designs

Right to cancel: You have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods to tell the retailer you want to cancel. You don't need to give a reason.

Return period: You then have another 14 days from telling them to send the goods back.

Refunds: The retailer must give you a full refund, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice or the returned goods.

Exceptions: This right to cancel doesn't apply to certain items like personalized goods or sealed items that have been unsealed (e.g., for health protection or hygiene reasons).
Faulty goods

30-day right to reject: You have a legal right to a full refund if you return faulty goods within 30 days of receiving them, please contact us and we can assist you.

After 30 days: If a fault appears within the first six months, you are usually entitled to a repair or replacement. If the repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you can then ask for a refund.

After six months: The burden of proof switches to you to show the fault was present at the time of purchase.
